The KYN61 series air-insulated metal-clad withdrawable switchgear is a high-performance medium-voltage solution. Designed with a modular withdrawable module type panel, it is typically fitted with VD4-36/40.5 withdrawable vacuum circuit breakers. The system supports various functional trucks including isolation, PT, and fuse trucks. It is ideal for three-phase AC 50/60 Hz power systems, primarily serving power transmission, distribution, control, and circuit monitoring.
Metal-Clad Independent Compartments – Four fully metal-partitioned compartments with independent pressure relief channels, meeting IEC 62271-200:2021 internal arc protection requirements. IP4X enclosure suitable for long-term indoor use.
Modular Withdrawable Units with IEC Mechanical Interlocks – Interchangeable circuit breaker trolley with triple mechanical interlocks for work/test/disconnect positions, ensuring 5 anti-maloperation functions. Quick extraction and replacement; single-compartment maintenance does not affect entire busbar. Optional PT, isolating, and fuse trolleys for flexible expansion.
IEC-Certified VD4 Vacuum Circuit Breaker – Type-tested per IEC 62271-100:2021, with max 100kA peak short-circuit breaking current and outstanding electrical/mechanical life. Rapid fault isolation protects downstream equipment.
Full-Range Electrical Parameters – Main and branch busbar continuous current: 630A–3150A; max 4s short-time withstand current: 40kA. Adapts to distribution rooms, industrial main transformers, renewable booster stations, urban grids, and more.
Dual Compliance (IEC & GB Standards) – Unified design meets both IEC and Chinese national standards, suitable for domestic bidding and overseas EPC projects. Secondary circuit supports AC/DC power supply, compatible with mainstream relay protection and monitoring devices.
