The 35kV Compact Prefabricated Substation is a complete set of power equipment that integrates high voltage switching devices, transformers and low voltage distribution units. This Compact Prefabricated Substation is widely used in civil buildings, residential communities, medium and small factories, mines and oilfields, serving as power transformation and distribution equipment.

The Prefabricated Substation features high integration, compact structure, stable performance and high reliability. It requires little on-site construction work, short installation cycle and supports flexible relocation. The appearance color and overall design of the Compact Prefabricated Substation can be customized to match the surrounding environment and achieve landscape beautification. It is an ideal upgraded replacement for traditional urban and rural substations, as well as a preferred complete equipment for urban power grid construction and renovation projects.

Features

This Compact Prefabricated Substation is composed of high voltage switch compartment, low voltage switch compartment, relay protection compartment and transformer compartment.
The cabinet shell of the Prefabricated Substation is optional with aluminum alloy plate, steel plate or composite plate. Aluminum alloy is anodized for strong corrosion resistance; steel parts are phosphated; composite plate features nice appearance, heat insulation and flame retardancy.
The transformer compartment of the Compact Prefabricated Substation adopts safety guard net structure instead of full enclosure, ensuring good heat dissipation and safe operation for personnel and equipment.
High Voltage Switch Compartment：The Prefabricated Substation can be equipped with JYNI-35, KYNI0-35 switchgear or 35kV load switch, supporting overhead cable inlet and outlet wiring.

Low Voltage Switch Compartment：For 10kV system, the Compact Prefabricated Substation can be configured with XGN2-10, KZNI-12, KYNI-12 switchgear and HXGNII-10F, HXGN26-10(F) ring main unit.For 0.4kV side, it matches frame circuit breakers and molded case circuit breakers of multiple series, realizing compact space layout.
Relay Protection Compartment：The Prefabricated Substation is equipped with AC panel, DC panel, signal panel, protection panel, RTU, carrier communication panel and optical fiber termination set. The overall layout of 35kV Compact Prefabricated Substation follows standard design drawings.
