The RCW series automatic circuit reclosers are designed for use on overhead distribution lines and distribution substation applications at a voltage class of 38kV, 50/60Hz power systems, with a rated current up to 1250A. They integrate control, protection, measurement, communication, fault detection, and online monitoring of closing/opening operations. The RCW series vacuum recloser is mainly composed of an integrated terminal, current transformer, permanent magnetic actuator, and its recloser controller.
