Description
The 15.6kV MV Auto Circuit Outdoor Vacuum Recloser is an intelligent outdoor switching device specifically designed for medium-voltage distribution networks. Using vacuum as the arc-extinguishing medium, this equipment can quickly interrupt fault currents and effectively isolate short-circuits, overloads, and other faults in the distribution grid. It features an automatic reclosing function that restores power supply automatically after fault elimination, significantly reducing power outage time and improving power supply reliability. With its compact and rugged outdoor structure design, it adapts to various harsh natural environments—stable operation in high temperatures, severe cold, high humidity, or sandy conditions—making it a vital device for ensuring safe and efficient operation of medium-voltage power lines.

High-efficiency Arc Extinguishing Performance

  • Adopting vacuum arc extinguishing technology, it features strong insulation and rapid arc extinction. It prevents arc reignition, extends the equipment's service life, and reduces maintenance costs.

Precise Automatic Reclosing

  • Automatically closes the circuit according to the preset program. It can distinguish between transient and permanent faults. For transient faults, it restores power supply rapidly; for permanent faults, it locks immediately to minimize the power outage scope.

What are the technical parameters of the outdoor vacuum recloser?

  • Rated Voltage: 38kV, indicating the voltage level at which the recloser can operate normally. This ensures that the insulation and electrical performance of the device meet the required standards at this voltage.

  • Rated Current: Available in various specifications, such as 800A, 1200A, etc. This represents the maximum current that the recloser can carry continuously during normal operation. The appropriate rated current value should be selected based on the load current of the line.

  • Rated Short-Circuit Breaking Current: Reflects the breaking capability of the recloser during short-circuit faults.
