Description

This oil-immersed medium-frequency furnace transformer integrates 12-pulse rectification technology to suppress 5th and 7th harmonics while maintaining a power factor above 0.95. The reinforced winding structure and enhanced insulation provide strong short-circuit withstand and overload capacity for metal melting cycles.

An efficient ONAF cooling system with Class H insulation limits temperature rise for reliable operation in foundries, scrap recycling, and ferrous or non-ferrous metal smelting. Designed for export markets, it supports 50/60Hz grids across multiple voltage classes.

  • 12-Pulse Harmonic Suppression — Dual phase-shifted secondary windings cancel 5th and 7th harmonics, reducing grid pollution and filter costs. Power factor exceeds 0.95.
  • High Overload & Short-Circuit Withstand — Reinforced windings and insulation withstand short-circuit stresses and support 120% continuous overload, adapting to furnace load surges during cold-charge melting.
  • Efficient ONAF Cooling — Forced oil-air circulation with expanded radiators limits temperature rise, ensuring sustained performance under heavy melting cycles.
  • Low-Loss Core Design — High-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel reduces no-load losses and reactive power consumption for energy-efficient operation.
