Description

The RCW series outdoor medium-voltage triple-single automatic circuit recloser is an intelligent protection and control device designed for 15kV~38kV power distribution lines, complying with IEC 62271 and ANSI standards.

Adopting vacuum interrupter, permanent magnetic actuator and integrated stainless steel tank, it integrates protection, measurement, communication, fault location and online monitoring. It can quickly isolate line faults and automatically restore power supply, significantly improving the reliability of distribution networks, suitable for overhead lines, distribution substations and new energy grid-connected applications.

  • With vacuum interrupter and permanent magnetic actuator, the switching operation is precise and stable, with mechanical life up to 30,000 operations, long maintenance-free period, suitable for long-term unattended outdoor operation.

  • It supports multiple operation modes including independent phase control and three-phase linkage, featuring single-phase tripping, single-phase reclosing and single-phase lockout, which can accurately handle single-phase grounding and phase-to-phase faults, greatly reducing power outages in non-fault areas.

  • It integrates a full set of protection logic such as overcurrent, instantaneous overcurrent, zero-sequence, directional, over-voltage and under-voltage protection, supporting 10 ANSI/IEC protection curves to flexibly adapt to various line protection schemes.

  • Standard with RS485, Modbus, DNP3.0, IEC 60870-5-101/104 protocols, supporting GPRS/GSM remote communication, it can be connected to distribution automation systems for remote monitoring, fault recording and event logging.
