Description

The Rockwill oil-immersed amorphous alloy distribution transformer utilizes an amorphous alloy core manufactured via rapid quenching technology. The amorphous ribbon core exhibits a disordered atomic structure free of crystalline grain boundaries and magnetic domain anisotropy, delivering ultra-low hysteresis loss and eddy-current loss. Compared with conventional CRGO silicon-steel transformers, it achieves 70–80 % lower no-load losses and 80–85 % lower no-load current, drastically reducing lifetime energy waste and carbon footprint.

The transformer covers system voltages of 10 kV and 35 kV with a capacity range from 10 kVA to 5000 kVA.
