Product structure 

The core structure of the RCS series outdoor capacitor switch consists of a vacuum interrupter, drive mechanism, incoming/outgoing terminals, insulation and protection components, and an optional intelligent controller:

• Vacuum Interrupter: Utilizes APG (Automated Pressure Gelation) process combined with silicone rubber coating, directly connected to the main terminal. This design reduces losses and enhances both insulation performance and weather resistance.
• Drive Mechanism: Includes three types—magnetic latching (long life), spring-driven (economical), and motor-spring (high capacity)—to meet various requirements for lifespan and cost.  Incoming/Outgoing Terminals: Made of T2 copper, with modular bushingtype terminations for easy installation and maintenance
• Insulation & Protection: Equipped as standard with IP64-rated waterproof joints and high-grade insulating parts, suitable for harsh outdoor environments.
• Intelligent Controller: Supports multiple communication protocols and remote monitoring, enabling automated switching operations.
• The overall design emphasizes compact structure, simplified transmission, high reliability, and low energy consumption, covering a wide range of applications from economical to long-life, high-capacity solutions.
