Description

Rockwill compact prefabricated substations are innovative alternatives to traditional indoor substations, integrating high-voltage switchgear, power transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment into a single factory-assembled enclosure. These units are engineered to fulfill diverse requirements including electric energy measurement, reactive power compensation, and customized high and low voltage configurations, making them ideal for small and medium-sized power distribution infrastructure.

Key Features

High Voltage Compartment： Equipped with SF6 load break switchgear or vacuum circuit breaker for reliable high-voltage control and protection. Supports both overhead and cable inlet/outlet configurations.
Low Voltage Compartment： Panel or cabinet-mounted structures allow customized power supply schemes including power distribution, lighting control, reactive power compensation, and energy metering. The main switch can be configured as a universal circuit breaker or intelligent circuit breaker for flexible installation and ease of operation.
Enclosure Design ： Robust steel plate enclosure with weatherproof and corrosion-resistant construction. Full IP56 ingress protection ensures reliable operation in outdoor environments. Compact footprint reduces space requirements compared to conventional substations.
