Description

The RHB series live-tank SF6 circuit breakers cover rated voltages of 72.5kV, 126kV, 145kV and 252kV.

Designed on self-blast interruption principle, the breaker utilizes partial energy from inner arc to extinguish fault arc reliably at preset timing.

It performs switching of rated load & fault current, three-pole synchronised opening/closing and high-speed auto-reclosing, serving for system control and fault protection in high-voltage power grids.

Main Features

  • Premium dynamic sealing with Glyd-ring & step-type seal, lowering startup friction and eliminating gas leakage effectively.

  • Imported stable control valve equipped with anti-slow-opening protection against abnormal gas pressure drop.

  • Hydraulic operating mechanism fitted with dual independent trip circuits plus double relay protection to improve operational reliability.

  • Self-blast arc extinguishing design, available in single or three-phase post porcelain insulator construction.

  • Pointer-type density monitor fitted for real-time SF6 gas pressure and density supervision.
