RHB 52kV Live Tank SF₆ Circuit Breaker is designed for 50/60Hz three-phase outdoor power distribution systems.
It serves for regular circuit switching, overload and short-circuit fault protection of transformers, overhead lines and power equipment, and features reliable mechanical performance to support frequent switching operation under rated working conditions.
Self-blast arc extinction design: Low operating power, outstanding breaking performance to suppress switching overvoltage effectively.
Three-phase post porcelain insulator construction: Outdoor-type insulation structure, compact layout, high pollution resistance.
Optimized spring operating mechanism: High-strength cast aluminum frame with floating-tooth energy storage structure, full energy stored within 8s; centralized layout for opening/closing springs & oil buffers, low operating impact and contact rebound. Filled with imported low-temperature grease, stable service from -50℃ to +55℃, mechanical life over 10,000 times.
Pointer density relay fitted: Real-time monitoring on SF₆ gas pressure & density for safe running.
Optional built-in / external CT: Built-in CT adopts high-permeability microcrystalline alloy core, accuracy up to 0.2/0.2S for rated current ≥200A; external CT facilitates maintenance and capacity upgrade.
Dry sealed inner cavity filled with SF₆: Avoid internal condensation and dampness. Key auxiliary parts sourced from imported/joint-venture brands; exposed fittings adopt hot-dip galvanization or stainless steel for superior anti-corrosion.
High altitude adaptability: Suitable for installation altitude up to 3000m with premium insulation property.
