Description

The RVR-1 single-phase automatic voltage regulator is a tap-changing autotransformer designed for medium-voltage overhead distribution networks. It realizes stable line voltage regulation covering a ±10% boost & buck range via 32 fine adjustment steps, each delivering approximately 0.625% voltage correction.
It supports voltage grades from 2400V (60kV BIL) up to 34,500V (200kV BIL), compatible with both 50Hz and 60Hz global power grids. All units are fitted with internal potential winding taps and an external ratio correction transformer, allowing one regulator model to adapt to multiple system voltage levels flexibly.
Two installation configurations are available: Smaller kVA models are equipped with pole-mount support lugs and anchoring fittings for platform/substation installation; large-capacity units come with integrated heavy-duty substation bases for pad-mounted ground deployment.

  • Strong Overload Tolerance:Rated with a 55°C temperature rise design; it can continuously withstand 12% overload under 65°C temperature rise to cope with peak load surges on distribution lines.
